Qualifications

- BLS to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- ACLS to be obtained within 1 year of employment.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Additional certifications may be required during employment.
- Some travel may be needed for training.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, noting changes.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered; document care promptly.
- Administer medications, monitor response, and notify the provider if needed.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
- Teach patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
