Job summary

Genesis Healthcare is seeking an RN to provide nursing care for patients and residents in a on-site setting in Rio Rancho, NM. The role requires graduation from an approved nursing program and active licensure or eligibility with the State Board of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and delegating aspects of care to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts.
