Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of program coordination and/or administrative experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree.
Three (3) years of program coordination/management experience specific to GME.

Responsibilities:
Maintains up-to-date expert knowledge on the functions of all residency management software processes.
Ensures that College of Medicine (COM) ACGME accredited programs and related ACGME NST programs utilize functions of the residency management system through a systematic annual review of the use of the residency management system.
Implements strategic plan of the robust use of residency management software by all users at both the institutional and program level.
Manages and updates the institutional dashboard in the residency management system to reflect appropriate, required data from each of the COM ACGME-accredited programs.
Diagnoses, troubleshoots and provides technical and educational support related to the residency management system.
Provides set-up and management of residency management system for required annual monitoring of work hours for each program.
Provides reports and data to the COM Graduate Medical Education Committee.
Supports ACGME CLER, institutional and program site visits through appropriate management of data and reporting in the residency management system.
Develops an annual training calendar related to the use of the residency management system by COM ACGME-accredited programs.
Develops and maintains a process to ensure all new program directors and program coordinators receive training on the residency management system.
Ensures that program leadership teams are knowledgeable about how to utilize the residency management system to include any changes or updates to the system.
Serves as the primary contact and resource for all technology related projects for COM GME Office.
Develops, reviews, manages and updates content for COM GME website, Resident Wellness website and related webpages on a continuous, ongoing basis.
Develops and manages online forms including forms that are housed on GME Website.
Responsible for design, access, content and routine maintenance of the GME SharePoint site.
Provides online systems support to GME meetings such as EASE and PCO.
Serves as the technical support for GME projects such as Housestaff Onboarding and GME Orientation.
Assists with meeting the requirements of all ACGME requirements including ACGME Institutional and Program Site Visits, CLER, etc. in regard to reporting/data management and site visit support.
Serves as the Institutional Administrator for National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) Match Process.
Serves as the primary point of contact for the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
Performs other duties as assigned.
