Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA is seeking a GME Coordinator I to manage day-to-day activities of the GME program. You will handle scheduling, recruitment, off-service resident rotations, education progress, hiring and orientation, and clerical support.

This role requires leadership in educational activities and liaison duties among faculty, trainees, and administration to ensure AC GME accreditation compliance and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three (3) years of experience required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the GME program, including scheduling, recruitment, and rotations.
• Coordinate and monitor education progress, hiring, orientation and clerical support.
• Provide direction and leadership of educational activities and serve as a liaison among attending physicians, trainees, medical students and administration.

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
