Job summary

Starlink is hiring a New Graduate Engineer, Manufacturing for its Bastrop, TX site. You will work with Materials Engineering on processes and tools that produce flight and production hardware across programs.

Responsibilities include owning processes from development to production, running trials, developing fixtures, and applying CNC, metrology, and GD&T on real hardware. Graduates from 2026/2027 with hands-on project experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required.
• 1+ years of engineering project experience (internship or extracurricular counts).
• Graduating in the class of 2026 or 2027.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing processes from development through high-volume production.
• Design and run trials to set process windows; measure yield, scrap, cycle time, capability.
• Develop fixtures, jigs, and work instructions for floor operators.
