SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP, located in Bastrop, TX, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for Supplier Development focused on Starlink Gateway. This role encompasses improving quality and delivery metrics while collaborating closely with engineers and suppliers to ensure production goals are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in engineering with a minimum of two years' experience in manufacturing or supply chain and possesses strong analytical skills. The position is onsite and requires some travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain engineering, or supplier development.
• Proficient in statistical techniques and design of experiments.
• Ability to manage supply chain and establish relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Improve quality, cost, delivery, and capacity metrics for mechanical hardware.
• Collaborate with engineers and procurement to review supplier processes and quality.
• Lead resolution of supplier quality issues and analyze supplier metrics.
