Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus is hiring a Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse (GPN). In this role you will provide compassionate geriatric care, supervise CNAs and RCAs, and document care and assessments accurately to support residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure required or in process (PA temporary permit may be required)
• Nursing degree/credential as LPN

Responsibilities

• Serves as Charge Nurse for assigned resident care unit, directing CNAs and RCAs and communicating with families and physicians as needed.
• Collects data on residents and documents condition; completes care paperwork such as wound documentation and orders recap.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered; monitors IV fluids and medication effectiveness.
• Assists in completing the 24 Hour Change of Condition roster.
