Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a current Troy University graduate student.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written, in English.
• Ability to work individually researching solutions to problems.
• Ability to become certified in the current version of Canvas.
• Ability to become proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab monitoring and support IT staff with daily lab operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software and assist with installations.
• Support the Dean’s Office with assigned duties as needed.
