Job summary

The Opportunity Network seeks a Graduate Intern to support the Fellows Program in New York City. This temporary, part-time role offers a hybrid schedule with in-person days in Manhattan and scheduling flexibility, totaling 10-15 hours per week to start and increasing to 20-29 hours by June.

You will assist with fellowship placement, coordinate logistics for in-house programs, and communicate with Fellows and colleagues across platforms throughout the spring semester.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a competitive college; graduate students encouraged.
• Experience working with young adults in non-profit or school setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder interaction.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support Fellows with in-house summer program applications and readiness.
• Coordinate logistics for in-house programs and coordinate with partners.
• Plan and facilitate virtual and in-person programming.
• Liaise with host partners to oversee day-to-day operations.
• Maintain records of attendance, assignments and participation.
