Job summary

Legendary Entertainment invites applications for a Grad Intern in Corporate Business Development for Spring 2027 in Burbank, CA. The internship offers hands-on experience evaluating new business opportunities, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions, with exposure to executives and strategy teams.

Participants will work on strategic projects, gain practical industry insights, and participate in workshops, guest speaker events, and exclusive intern perks such as screenings and team activities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Masters/MBA program or have graduated within the past six months.
• GPA of 3.5 or above highly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
• Understanding of financial principles/techniques of financial analysis.
• Basic understanding of accounting rules and financial statements.
• Ability to draw well-integrated conclusions from insights and analyses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the EVP, Operations & Corporate Development on strategic projects.
• Perform research and analysis to address competitive and financial markets and potential new business concepts/models.
• Develop detailed financial models for potential transactions, perform due diligence, prepare presentations for senior management, and coordinate with senior executives to support and execute transactions.
• Participate in special projects to gain additional exposure outside of the immediate department.
