Alfa Financial Software Inc. runs a Graduate Program that places new analysts into implementation projects for Alfa Systems. You’ll start in July 2027, rotate through client projects and internal teams, and gain exposure to data migration, testing, and go-live support.

Supervisors and senior managers are accessible for guidance throughout your early career. You will develop skills in SQL/Java, learn to adapt business processes for clients, and have opportunities to grow towards project

Qualifications

• Assist with software implementation, testing and QA for Alfa Systems.
• Develop data migration and transfer processes to client systems.
• Learn and apply business process improvements within Alfa implementations.

Responsibilities

• Undertake testing and quality assurance of Alfa Systems.
