SolutionHealth's Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit (CICU) at Elliot Hospital is hiring a Graduate Nurse for January 2027 cohort. The role involves delivering patient-centered care under RN supervision, with 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour weekly schedule, including every other weekend.

New grads must have NH RN licensure (compact accepted) and pursue certification; opportunities for benefits and sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NH/compact or multistate RN licensure.
• Temporary Graduate Nurse status under supervision of RN; permanent license upon eligibility.
• BSN preferred.
• Ability to obtain BLS during orientation and maintain; ACLS preferred.
