Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Clinical and Population Health Graduate Internship. You will join the Clinical and Population Health team to gain hands-on experience using advanced analytics on healthcare data to improve outcomes, value, and experiences within the Quadruple Aim.

You will work with analytics, clinical, operational, and financial professionals to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pursuing a graduate degree (full or part-time) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical techniques to healthcare datasets.
• Develop and monitor population health and clinical quality metrics.
• Evaluate trends and opportunities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support projects from analysis through completion under mentorship.
