Regis University seeks a Financial Aid Counselor for Graduate Students to advise graduate and doctoral students through the financial aid process. You will review FAFSA data, determine federal and institutional aid eligibility, and counsel on loan options and scholarships.

You’ll participate in outreach, schedule counseling sessions, and assist during extended hours or weekend events to ensure accessible support for all students. Knowledge of private loan programs is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Financial Aid Office.
• Spanish-speaking/bilingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide graduate and doctoral financial aid counseling and guidance.
• Review FAFSA information and determine eligibility for federal and institutional aid.
• Administer graduate Dean’s Scholarships and private loan options.
• Collaborate with campus partners and support outreach and events.
