Job summary

The University of Oklahoma invites applications for a Graduate Assistant in the University Experiences program. You will help plan and execute OU events, including ribbon-cutting ceremonies, tailgates, graduations, receptions, and lectures, while pursuing graduate studies.

The position includes a bi-weekly stipend and health insurance coverage, averaging 20 hours per week during the academic year. Schedule varies with event needs and may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
  • Must be current or incoming OU Graduate Student for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
  • Fall 2026 class schedule or letter of intent required.
  • Must attach Fall 2026 schedule or letter of intent to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate guest and attendance lists for events.
  • Organize event support materials and nametags.
  • Pack/unpack event supplies and equipment on-site.
  • Develop and manage Qualtrics surveys for data collection.
  • Assist with event setup and teardown during events.
  • Provide on-the-ground coordination to ensure smooth execution.
