Wichita State University’s Public Policy and Management Center is seeking a Graduate Staff Assistant to support the Talent & Professional Services team. Responsibilities

• Pre-event tasks: Coordinating with hosts/guests/speakers; preparing nametags and materials; setting up event locations.
• Day-of event support: Set up/tear down; greet guests; assist with check-in; provide tech support; general event assistance; take notes.
• Post-event support: Transcribe notes and data entry; generate certificates of completion; assist with report writing.
