What You Will Do: As a Graduate Engineer, you will:

1. Assist in the design and coordination of roadway projects for government agencies such as City, County, and TXDOT.
2. Perform design calculations, develop quantity and cost estimates, develop design specifications, and prepare plans including alignment and profile design.
3. Attend client meetings and take meeting minutes to learn about the industry.

What You Will Bring: The successful candidate must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited school.
• Seeking 1-4 years of experience in Transportation engineering or a related field.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and technical documents, and a functional understanding of design software, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and preferably MicroStation.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential.
