Job summary

Curtiss-Wright's Frederick, MD-based team is seeking a Graduate Engineer to develop, test, and debug software and hardware for power plant training simulators using the 3KEYSOFTWARE suite. You will convert technical data into simulation models and support domestic and international products and services.

Travel to power plant sites for data collection, project meetings, and final system acceptance is typically 2–4 weeks per year. Location: Frederick, MD onsite.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional engineering experience.
• Engineering degree in mechanical, nuclear, or chemical fields.
• Willingness to travel 2–4 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of engineers to develop, test, and deliver simulations that match real-world data.
• Support delivery of the simulation product, including logic and controls, operator interface, and other disciplines.
• Assist development of technical documentation: Design Specification, User Guides, and Test Procedures.
• Interact with power plant operators during testing of the product.
