Job summary

WSB is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our Municipal group in Melissa, TX. This entry-level role offers exposure to design, coordination, and project delivery on municipal projects across the US.

As a contributor you will assist with design calculations, plan preparation, feasibility reports, and technical writing while collaborating with multiple disciplines. A Civil Engineering degree and EIT/FE eligibility are required within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school.
• FE exam and EIT registration to be achieved within six months of hire.
• Experience in municipal engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and coordination of municipal projects including a wastewater interceptor design.
• Collaborate with other groups/disciplines to deliver high-quality projects.
• Perform design calculations, cost estimates, and plan preparation.
• Compile, write, and edit technical reports and specifications for municipal projects.
• Plan and coordinate project activities to meet timeframes and budgets.
• Lead multiple work teams, assist with proposals, and help secure work from clients.
