Job summary

WSB seeks a Graduate Engineer to join our growing team on nationwide projects. The role offers a hands-on start in project design, coordination, and execution across municipal and transportation assignments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, FE exam and EIT registration within six months, familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a valid driver's license. Excellent communication and a strong work ethic are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school.
• FE exam and EIT registration must be achieved at hire or within 6 months.
• Experience in Municipal engineering is preferred.
• Ability to read and prepare construction plans and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Play a role in project design and coordination.
• Collaborate with other groups within the company to deliver top-quality projects.
• Perform design calculations, cost estimates, and plan preparation.
• Prepare and edit technical reports and specifications for Municipal projects.
• Plan and coordinate project activities to meet timelines and budgets.
• Lead multiple work teams and assist with proposals and client development.
