Johnson & Johnson is launching the Graduate Engineer Accelerated Rotational (GEAR) program in San Lorenzo, PR, to develop early‑career talent for Global Technical Operations within Ethicon. This onsite, two‑year program offers hands‑on experience across multiple product families and cross‑functional teams.

You will rotate through process design, manufacturing operations, and quality/regulatory learning, building leadership and technical skills while contributing to meaningful patient‑care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an Engineering related field obtained between July 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum of 3 months of work experience including co-op, internship, or post‑graduate employment.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assignments within an assigned technical curriculum based on business needs and project criticality.
• Process design, development, and/or implementation at selected site(s).
• Manufacturing operations support and improvements.
• Site improvement initiatives for new manufacturing technology.
• Lifecycle management support for existing base products with cross‑functional partners.
• Demonstrate leadership imperatives and take ownership of project outcomes.
• Learn and apply new skills; support transition processes; provide program feedback.
