Job summary

Link Technical Talent is seeking an Engineering Graduate for a global manufacturer in Pittston, PA (commutable from Wilkes-Barre, Exeter, Nanticoke, Scranton and Hazleton). You’ll receive specialist training in SAP, Lean, reliability methods, maintenance processes, and industrial equipment to kickstart your career.

Dependent on interests and skillset, you will grow into either Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Planning, working with maintenance, production, and engineering teams on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Interest in Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Planning.
Extensive training in SAP, Lean, reliability methodologies, and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

Choose between two development pathways: Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Planning.
Receive specialist training in SAP, Lean, reliability, maintenance processes, work order management, and industrial equipment.
Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams while gaining significant shop-floor experience.
