Job summary

Halff is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer for our SUE/Utility Coordination group in our Austin, TX office. Ideal candidates are those graduating December 2026 or May 2027 with a Civil Engineering degree and FE exam progress. The role focuses on subsurface utility engineering and utility coordination within a collaborative team.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of MicroStation V8i and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred; this is an entry-level full-time position

Job description

Halff is seeking New Graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) & Utility Coordination (UC) group in our Austin, TX office.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Passed FE exam or will within 6 months
• Knowledge of MicroStation V8i and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
