Job summary

HNTB is seeking an Engineer in Florida to assist in producing and modifying design calculations, technical reports, and plans for a range of infrastructure projects. You will work with the project team to develop concepts, detailed designs, and calculations using current CAD and drawing tools.

Responsibilities include preparing reports and estimates, organizing design files, and supporting field investigations and data collection to ensure accurate project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Understanding of engineering principles relevant to the discipline.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and MicroStation/AutoCAD or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Assists in preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with research, data collection, field investigations, development, and design of projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned
