Job summary

HNTB in Florida is seeking a Civil/Engineering professional to assist in production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans and specifications for assigned projects. You will work with the project team to apply engineering techniques and deliver designs of varying sizes.

You will develop conceptual and detailed designs and calculations, supporting project execution with current drawing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required and applied engineering knowledge.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
• Understanding of engineering principles relevant to the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with research, data collection, field investigations, development and design of projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned
