Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking recent civil engineering graduates for a Graduate Civil Engineer position in our Jacksonville, FL office focused on Land Development design.

Opportunity for career growth, potential ownership in the firm, and mentorship from licensed professionals. Ideal candidates are graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, with a strong interest in land development and the ability to obtain an EIT within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent
• Ability to obtain an EIT Certificate within one year of start date
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Driving Record

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and design of Land Development projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer
• Perform schematic design work, calculations and analysis for design projects
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents
• Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors and contractors
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

Graduate Civil Engineer - Land Development

Halff is seeking New Graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Jacksonville, FL office for our Land Development team. The position will be for a General Civil Engineer interested in Land Development design. Requirements

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
