Halff Associates, Inc. in Richardson, TX, is seeking a Graduate Engineer I, Land Development, who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 to support Civil Engineering design on land development projects under a PE.

You will assist in preparing plans, calculations, CAD work with AutoCAD Civil3D, and coordinate with surveyors, architects, and contractors while pursuing licensure. This entry-level role offers growth in the Land Development group and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• FE exam passed or ability to obtain within 2 years.
• Texas EIT license or ability to obtain within 2 years.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer.

• Perform drafting CAD work.
• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects.

Graduate Engineer I, Land Development

Halff is seeking New Graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Civil Engineer in our Land Development group, in Richardson, TX. This position will assist in the design/planning land and site development projects, working as part of a design team under the direct supervision of a PE.

What you will do:

• Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Land Development projects

What you will need:

• Passed the FE exam
• Have a current Texas EIT license or the ability to obtain within 2 years of employment
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
