Job summary

Ward Getz & Associates LLC (WGA) is seeking 2 Graduate Engineers to join our Public Infrastructure Central Texas Practice. This open role supports Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas with civil/environmental engineering tasks, from planning and design to project delivery and client coordination.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering, be EIT-eligible within 6 months, and thrive in a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• EIT license required or able to receive within 6 months of employment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and contract cost estimates with multi-disciplinary coordination
• Devises alternative approaches and solutions to problems
• Engineering planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction and delivery phases
• Building and maintaining relationships between project teams and collaborating to ensure technical, quality, cost and client requirements are implemented
• Coordinating with outside sub-consultants and preparing a range of reports
