Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Practice Leadership to support planning, execution and delivery of projects.
• Assist in developing proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Support engineering planning, analysis, design, and coordination across project phases including design, permitting, and construction.
• Execute project work plans, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and aligned with client expectations and company standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and sub-consultants to ensure alignment on technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in QA/QC processes to maintain quality standards and industry best practices.
• Contribute to solving design and project challenges by evaluating alternatives and supporting effective solutions.
• Support day-to-day communication and coordination among team members, with increasing responsibility over time.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff while developing leadership capabilities.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Texas Professional Engineer registration preferred
