Job summary

Georgetown University in Washington, DC seeks a Director of Partnerships for the Emerging Studies Institute. You will lead engagement across diverse programs, manage faculty and client relationships, and drive program delivery both on campus and remotely.

You will supervise a small team, collaborate with internal units and external vendors, and help grow a portfolio with clear revenue targets while traveling up to 10% and occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field of business.
• 10+ years of experience in client relationship management or sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Global, intercultural communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead a marketing or sales campaign and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 direct reports and 2 student workers.
• Manage hundreds of client relationships across programs.
• Coordinate with faculty, internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors.
• Identify clients and establish agreements for faculty to deliver programs.
