Responsibilities

• Investigate service life of building enclosure assemblies.
• Assess and design repairs for existing enclosure systems.
• Perform field investigations and prepare reports.
• Analyze proposed repair/design options.

Skills

Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)

Computer Aided Drafting/Design (AUTOCAD, REVIT, Rhino, Grasshopper)

Building performance modeling software experience

Familiarity with exterior wall systems

Familiarity with roofing assemblies

Familiarity with building structural systems

Experience with working on suspended scaffolding and vertical heights

Education
