Job summary

Viatris seeks a motivated graduate student to join our team for hands-on experience in data analytics, AI-driven operations, and workflow automation. You will analyze business processes, build data-driven solutions, and create tools to support decision-making.

You will explore AI capabilities, develop prompts, and apply automation to improve productivity and visibility across supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Excel Proficiency: Ability to independently use Excel for complex data analysis, transformation, visualization and automation, including PivotTables/PivotCharts, Power Query, Power Pivot/DAX, advanced formulas, VBA/macros and interactive dashboards.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Ability to organize information and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and work with new technologies.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Visualization: Support collection, organization, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to provide visibility into strategic initiatives and operational performance.
• Help automate recurring analyses and reporting activities.
