Wayflyer in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Graduate Credit Analyst to join our risk and growth team. The hybrid role blends data analysis, financial storytelling, and direct collaboration with customers to understand funding needs and risk.

You'll learn to assess ecommerce finances, quantify risk, and partner with sales and operations to improve processes and products while advancing toward a professional finance path within Wayflyer.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law or Computer Science (completed or near completion).
• Comfort with financial reporting and an instinct for data (Excel or SQL is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Discover the story behind the data and analyse financial and non-financial data to understand how the business works.
• Assess and quantify risk by evaluating ecommerce growth challenges and funding needs.
• Join regular calls to understand customers' business models, funding needs and future plans.
• Collaborate with management to build and implement new processes and products.
• Support sales and operations by understanding how they win and manage customer relationships.
• Learn portfolio management tools and determine when to exit risky relationships.
