Job summary

Halff is seeking new graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) & Utility Coordination (UC) group in our Austin, TX office.

This role offers exposure to SUE/UC services, including 2D and 3D SUE Quality Levels, alignment staking, permitting assistance, and coordination with utility owners. You will work with experienced teams to support project inventories and design efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Passed FE exam or will within 6 months.
• Knowledge of MicroStation V8i and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
