Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D; ability to prepare design exhibits and drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed Civil Engineer on design projects.
• Develop drawings and exhibits in AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Coordinate with agency staff and internal teams on designs and issues.
• Prepare entitlement documents supporting maps and zone changes.
• Calculate quantities using Excel and prepare justification letters in Word.
