Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Engineer-in-Training certificate or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• 0–4 years of experience in commercial or single-family residential development.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exhibits and drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Coordinate with agency staff and internal teams on designs and analyses.
• Prepare entitlement documents for maps, vacations, zone changes, and entitlements.
• Calculate quantities in Excel and draft justification letters in Word.
• Assist with construction drawings in AutoCAD Civil3D (grading plans, sections, utilities).
