Job summary

LifeSkills Connection Inc. in Sedro-Woolley, WA, is seeking a dedicated coordinator to support graduates as they transition to work, school, or further training.

The role emphasizes job readiness, resume development, and connecting graduates with essential community resources. You will assess needs, coordinate placement and follow-up services, and maintain documentation while upholding federal contractor requirements and LifeSkills policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s with related experience required.
• Minimum of one to two years in case management or job development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and periodic assessments of graduates’ needs at least six weeks before separation.
• Ensure job readiness training and resume preparation is provided.
• Assist graduates in identifying and obtaining community support services.
• Assist with initial job placement and follow-up services in 2nd quarters and 4th quarters.
• Maintain transition files and logs; coordinate with Career Counselors and local One-Stop Center.
• Ensure compliance with DOL, OFCCP and LifeSkills policies.
