American University in Washington, DC is seeking a part-time Career Outcomes and Assessment Assistant to support the Graduation Census and internship evaluations. You will conduct research, outreach to recent graduates, students, faculty, and alumni, and help maintain data quality.

This role requires current enrollment in a AU graduate program, strong Excel and CRM skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines; hours are 12–15 per week at $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate student enrolled at American University; currently pursuing a graduate degree.
• At least one year of experience in a professional office setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, contact management systems, and social media platforms (LinkedIn).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research and targeted outreach to graduates to support Graduation Census response goals.
• Record, review, and validate Graduation Census and internship evaluation data.
• Create and update detailed tracking systems, documents, and status reports.
• Support outreach to students, faculty, alumni, and external partners related to census data and evaluations.
• Monitor and triage survey-related email correspondence and provide responses.
