The role focuses on all aspects of the high-frequency trading system at the Chicago headquarters, with opportunities to impact how technology and math drive sophisticated trading strategies.

You will implement, test, and deploy trading system features, monitor performance, and collaborate with traders and developers to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in CS/Engineering or related field, graduating 2027 by Aug ’27.
• 1+ industry internships in C++.
• Experience with C++ and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and deploy trading system features and tools.
• Monitor low latency system performance and address issues.
• Collaborate with traders and developers to optimize performance and refactor implementations.
• Investigate improvements and diagnose issues in the trading system.
