3Red Partners in Chicago is seeking a Graduate Trader for 2027 incoming graduates to join our team in Chicago or Amsterdam. You will work with senior traders and developers, gaining exposure to trading, quantitative research, and technology.

Ideal candidates are graduating in 2027 from a STEM field, with a passion for competitive activities, strong Python coding, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Student graduating in 2027 with a STEM degree.
• Demonstrated interest in trading or quantitative work.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open positions and executions on latency-sensitive automated trading systems.
• Review performance and adjust trades based on market conditions.
• Provide post-trade analysis and communicate insights to the team.
• Help develop improvements to trading systems and track data issues.
