Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.)
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong communication with students, faculty and administration
• Bachelor's degree and collegiate playing experience required
• Coaching experience preferred
• Support Concordia University's LCMS mission and identity

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and implementing team practices and training sessions
• Review film and complete opponent statistics summaries
• Coordinate travel arrangements for players and staff
• Attend recruiting events and discuss player evaluations with prospects
• Coordinate Game Days, including setup, scoresheets, and video footage
• Organize and attend home athletic events as a game day manager
• Support rostered student-athletes academically and athletically
• Oversee growth and development of student-athletes in specified positions
• Develop practice strategies to improve skill development
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach
