Manhattanville University is seeking a Physical Education Graduate Assistant to support the School of Education. The role focuses on program management, event coordination, and administrative operations to supplement graduate study requirements.

You will assist with logistics for workshops, equipment inventory, course support, and student engagement activities while collaborating with faculty and staff throughout the academic year.

Formación

• Enrollment in the Physical Education or Sport Pedagogy graduate program.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, promote, and coordinate the annual SEZ Fall Care to Share Workshop, including logistics, communications, and event materials.
• Maintain and organize the equipment closet, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage.
• Provide course support to faculty members, including preparing equipment and distributing resources for classes and workshops.
• Help coordinate student engagement activities and department events throughout the academic year.
• Scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
• Collecting and organizing student assessment and accreditation data.
• Developing marketing materials for program bulletin board and outreach.
• Supporting open houses and information sessions for prospective students.
• Assisting with departmental communications and website updates.
