Qualifications

• Background in NCAA D-1 Swimming and Diving.
• At least 1 year of on-deck NCAA/Collegiate coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in the intercollegiate Swim and Dive program.
• On-Deck coaching responsibilities as directed by the head coach.
• Monitor CARA participation logs.
• Involvement with PSAs on a limited basis.
• Assist at home meets and potentially travel meets.
• Follow NCAA, Big East Conference and Villanova athletic department policies.
