• Assist at home meets and potentially travel meets.
• Follow NCAA, Big East Conference and Villanova athletic department policies.

Work Schedule

• Mon-Wed-Fri 7-9AM/ 3:00-5:00 PM
• Tues-Thurs 1:00-3:30 PM
• Sat - 7-10 AM

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in various aspects of the intercollegiate Swim and Dive program.
• On-Deck coaching responsibilities as directed by the head coach.
• Monitoring of CARA participation logs.
• Involvement with PSA's on a limited basis.
• Assistance at home meets. Candidate will have the option to assist at travel meets pending their schedule.
• Conduct responsibilities within the full parameters of NCAA, Big East Conference and Villanova athletic department policies and bylaws.

Requirements

• A proven background in the sport of NCAA D-1 Swimming and Diving.
• At least 1 year of on-deck NCAA/Collegiate coaching experience.

$23.00/hour
