Job summary

Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN seeks a student worker to assist the program director with Lifelong Learning class needs, including Zoom setup, recording link distribution, and weekly class registrations. You will also help with pre-event setup in Longview Mansion and email communications to registrants.

Additionally, you will support Sr. Alumni events such as Bison Weekend 50th Class Reunion and Golden Circle Breakfast, assisting with event registrations, the Bio Booklet, and on-site

Responsibilities

• Run Zoom cam during classes
• Send Zoom recording links to class members after each class
• Assist with class registration each week
• Provide pre-class event set-up in Longview Mansion
• Provide email communications support to registrants
• Assist with Sr. Alumni events, including Bison Weekend 50th Class Reunion and Golden Circle Breakfast
• Provide assistance with event registration, pre-event and during
• Assist with the production of the reunion Bio Booklet
• Co-coordinate reunion events during Bisons Weekend
• Assist with Golden Circle breakfast during Bisons Weekend
• May be federal work study eligible.
