Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a current Lipscomb University student.
• Must be able to lift objects and stand for multiple hours.
• Able to work well both in a team and independently.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work with full-time event staff and other student workers.
• Communicate effectively with Event Managers and team members.
• Interact with clients and assist with setup and tear down of events.
• Arrive on time as scheduled.
• Complete assigned tasks in-office.
• Organize event materials and inventory.
• Maintain a professional manner, including attire, in and out of the office.
• Support the Event Manager to perform duties on day of event in their absence.
• Includes working ticketing services at non-athletic events.
