Job summary

Southeastern University invites applications for a Graduate Assistant - Immersive position at the Lakeland Main Campus. The GA will support the Student Development, Athletics or Admissions departments, handling administrative, event or project tasks and may work outside normal hours across fall, spring and summer terms.

Requirements include a completed bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a SEU graduate program.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, JICS, MyFire, statistical software and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Departmental support – assist in administrative and project‑related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Student culture – serve as a role model upholding SEU values and standards for student conduct.
• Administrative assistance – scheduling, correspondence management, file maintenance, and ensuring efficient department operations.
• Special projects – contribute to special projects or initiatives as directed by supervisor or department leadership.
