You will handle inquiries, assist with events, and manage content on social media channels under faculty guidance, while maintaining records and communications logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years comparable experience.
• College-level coursework and familiarity with an academic setting desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Keyboarding around 50 wpm and basic office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handles all program inquiries.
• Represents the Chinese T&I Program in campus-wide activities and assists with events.
• Creates, edits, and posts content on Chinese social media under faculty guidance.
• Handles general correspondence with clients, students, businesses, and institutions.
• Assists with program setup and maintains communications log.
• Greet and assist public; manage phone, email, and social media inquiries.
• Prepare and update correspondence and program records using standard software.
• Maintain office and database files; ensure equipment works.
