Qualifications

• Prior experience in event planning and communications is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required; experience with databases is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, or existing familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving digital tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll University at internal and external events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including planning, outreach to vendors, materials, photos and videos.
• Attend large university events when available (Homecoming, Reunion & Family Weekend, etc.).
• Process event registrations in the database as needed.
• Maintain alumni data (contact information, engagement tracking, post-event attendance).
• Assist Web Content Specialist with website content updates (photos, videos).
• Perform website updates and maintenance on carrollu.edu as requested.
• Assist Social Media Specialist with assets for Carroll social media platforms.
• Perform other office duties as needed and other projects as assigned.
