Job summary

DWS is offering a 2027 Graduate Program in New York for aspiring professionals in asset management. The on-site onboarding begins in Frankfurt, followed by four six-month rotations within the Institutional Coverage team, gaining exposure to real estate and alternative investments.

You will support client engagement, marketing, and research efforts, while building a network across global teams and the DWS ecosystem. A strong analytical mindset and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Institutional Coverage in client engagement, business development and relationship initiatives.
• Assist with preparing client and consultant meetings by gathering information and coordinating materials.
• Create and update client presentations, product materials and reports with guidance from senior staff.
• Help respond to client requests by collecting information on fund performance and market trends.
• Assist in completing RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs and learn the institutional sales process.
• Maintain CRM data and track business development activities.
